Kyoto and the Spanish Economy

Seminar that will study the scientific groundwork supporting the theory of Global Warming, the economic and social consequences for Spain of complying with the Kyoto Protocol and its possible effect on the planet´s climate. The goal is to evaluate the potential costs and benefits of living up to the letter of the treaty.
